What The British Public Says It Is

"The centre ground isn't what Rupert Murdoch or David Cameron says it is," a shadow cabinet minister tells me. "It's what the British public says it is."

A gem from Mehdi Hasan's very good column in this week's New Statesman, which also contains several excellent articles on India.

So, what do we say that the centre ground is?
