Froth

All day, I have been subject to frothing-at-the-mouth Kammite emails from the address martin.molinero@yahoo.co.uk, to which I invite you to send (by all means copied to davidaslindsay@hotmail.com) your stories of and thoughts about all aspects of Kammery. You will notice that more than one link from this site contains the word "Kamm".

Either this sad, mad person, or else his laughable excuse for a Durham source, never made a Common Room President and College Council member, as I have done in what he insists has been a bad year for me, on account of the fact that that person or source was and is as dodgy as hell. That dodginess has subsequently been noticed by authorities rather less indulgent than College or University ones. But he really does need to get over it now. Whether the big, bad world will be either forgiving or forgetful depends on ... well, on all sorts of things, as we grown-ups know.

Honestly, driven stark, staring mad by the fact that I dare to exist at all when he has specifically told me not to? It must be fascinating to inhabit quite such a private world. Then again, it is obviously, and unsurprisingly, incompatible with sanity.

  1. Old-fashioned politics in the Internet age. Love it.

  2. Will you be standing as a BPA (or independent) candidate in a South Shields byelection if David Miliband resigns to become British Ambassador to the USA? It could be your chance to finally get known in the way you deserve, to finally offer the British people a viable alternative. I would come down and help canvass.

  3. Well, it certainly won't be me. I know who we want, so watch this space. But I'm not promising anything. Our eyes are firmly fixed on 2015.

  4. Expect no BPA candidates as such before 2015, and even then only in seats where they cannot endorse anyone better placed. Mr Lindsay set it all out in a comment yesterday. But by then don't be surprised if he has found his way into the parliamentary process by the route more appropriate to his wardrobe.

  5. He is too busy squaring Christendom for the Palestinian Declaration of Independence. What a remarkable man, how come he is not already in your Parliament? Do you Brits not have an entire House for people like him?
