The New Order
The Queen is permitted to open the new Supreme Court some time after it has started working, in order to emphasise who is really now in charge. Now that our final authority is a judicial body wholly detached from the Crown in Parliament, get used to things like super-injunctions restricting coverage of parliamentary proceedings.
